When will my order arrive?

Do you send portrait previews before printing and shipping my order?
No, we don’t offer previews before printing, as each piece is created by our talented artists using the photo you provide. This allows us to deliver your portrait quickly and keep costs fair.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, our team is always ready to help make it right, please contact us.
If the photo provided might not work well for a portrait, we’ll contact you for a replacement.
What animals do you create custom portraits for?
We create custom portraits for all kinds of pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and more.
If it’s a companion you love, chances are we can turn them into custom art.
Is it possible to update my order after it's placed?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. If you need to make any updates to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
If it’s been more than 2 hours and we haven’t heard from you, your portrait may already be in production and at that point, changes like address and photo updates might no longer be possible.
