How do I order my custom pet portrait?
It's simple! Just upload your pet’s photo, choose your style, and we handle the rest — from illustration to delivery.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear close-up of your pet’s face and neck works best! Don’t worry, we’ll guide you after checkout if needed. You can also view our photo guide.
Can I see the artwork before it ships?
We don’t offer previews and here’s why: skipping them helps us keep shipping fast, pricing fair, and the experience magical.
We want your portrait to be a true surprise (in the best way). Our artists are among the best in the world, and every piece is carefully reviewed before it goes out.
If for some reason, you're not happy with the artwork, we'll work with you to ensure you are. Just contact us.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes! Just select the number of pets during your order.

How long does it take to arrive?
For US & Canada orders it takes about 7-12 business days for your custom portrait to arrive.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
We’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it, no hassle.
