Photo FAQs
What if my photo isn’t perfect?
Don't worry! We manually review every image. If we need a different photo, we’ll email you to help. You won’t be left guessing!
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, eye-level photo in natural light works wonders. Make sure your pet’s full face (both eyes, nose, ears and neck) is visible, and avoid heavy filters or shadows please.
How do I avoid blurry or low-quality uploads?
Use a high-resolution photo from your phone or camera, ideally not a screenshot. Please make sure your pet is in focus and well-lit, without obstructions like hats or glasses.
